"Role of Executives and Employees in Anti-Corruption" (ANTI-CORRUPTION) and the Declaration Ceremony for Anti-Corruption Intentions of Jaymart Group for the Year 2023

On October 19, 2023, the company organized a training session on the topic "Role of Executives and Employees in Anti-Corruption" (ANTI-CORRUPTION) and the Declaration Ceremony for Anti-Corruption Intentions of Jaymart Group for the Year 2023. The event was honored by Dr. Mana Nimittmongkol, Secretary-General of the Anti-Corruption Organization (Thailand), as the ceremony chairman. The training was conducted by experts from the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) and attended by three major companies: Jaymart Group Holdings Public Company Limited, JMT Network Services Public Company Limited, and JAS Asset Public Company Limited, along with their affiliated companies and subsidiaries. The event was held at the Jaymart Headquarters Building and also broadcasted online via ZOOM for employees across Jaymart Group nationwide. The purpose of this event was to raise awareness of the importance of anti-corruption and to create a corporate culture that does not support, tolerate, or engage in any form of corruption. This is critical to maintaining the credibility of the organization with society, investors, and all stakeholders.

ANTI-CORRUPTION is not the responsibility of one department, but it is the responsibility of everyone to apply it strictly in their duties, aiming to build an organization free from corruption and corruption in a sustainable manner.
