- The relevant department inspects the lighting in all work areas to ensure there is adequate and functional lighting in all areas at all times. If any department reports a lighting malfunction, the responsible department must immediately address the issue and restore functionality as quickly as possible.
- The relevant department ensures the safety and functionality of electrical appliances and electronic devices to prevent accidents that may harm both people and property.
- If there is any deterioration or damage to the building or premises, such as leaking ceilings, broken tiles, or burst water pipes, the relevant department must urgently conduct repairs. While repairs are ongoing, warning signs must be posted to alert employees to be cautious and prevent accidents.
- The company prohibits employees from obstructing walkways or stairs with any objects that may hinder their use.
