In 2025, JMT continues to place great importance on its employees as a key resource of the organization, particularly in the context of a business that requires constant communication with customers, which may lead to periods of stress. Therefore, the company organizes monthly welfare activities that provide food and beverages to promote employees’ physical and mental well-being. These activities include the provision of designated spaces and facilities offering clean, safe, and easily accessible food and beverages.
